How does return shipping work? The return shipping is generally borne by the customer. We are a small and young startup, which unfortunately cannot offer this service free of charge and cannot afford it. If it comes to the point that the goods need to be exchanged for a different size, we will be happy to cover the costs of shipping the new goods. Return shipping of the wrong size must be borne by the customer - this is fair for both sides
